One of our favourite models in the Bruder Trucks range is the Bruder Scania R-Series Green Garbage Truck. This Garbage Truck comes with two dustbins and features a working dustbin lift, opening cab door, a cab that tilts forward to reveal a detailed engine, a working rubbish ejector, a clear windscreen and soft, treaded tyres.

Here you can see 4 different Bruder Trucks:
    1. Scania TGA with CAT Bulldozer

    4. JCB excavator

  • Our first experience with a Bruder truck was the Roadmax Garbage Truck. Our now three-year-old son got this truck for Christmas shortly after he turned two. My husband was shopping at a local toy store, and one of the sales associates recommended it to him. I’m not sure I would have chosen it, but I’m glad my husband decided to get it.

We also have the MACK Granite Tip Up Truck, which our son got for his third birthday. The truck is very shiny and impressive looking. It’s the largest Bruder truck we own, measuring approximately 20½ inches long, 7 inches wide, and almost 9 inches tall.

  • Bruder trucks can be difficult to find. I’ve seen them at locally owned toy boutiques, but you can’t get them at places like Toys R Us or Target. The Bruder has a store locator, and Bruder trucks are also available on Amazon.

My four year old grandson loves all the Bruder trucks. He will play for hours with them. I love that they are made so well, & they hold up great! Today, so many toys break within a few minutes. They are usually plastic and they will not last with a child opening doors, and hauling things in bed of them, but all of the Bruder toys are still intact. He plays with them daily. I would rather pay more for something that is going to last, than throwing my money away for cheaper made products.
